Notes on the Work
| The photographs included on this site were taken over a period of more than 40 years. "Early Color Work" was done with a 35mm Nikon F film camera. and various Nikkor lenses. All early color work was shot using Kodachrome 64 Transparency Film. The original transparencies, some of which are close to 40 years old are still in pristine original condition. The colors remain as rich and clean as the day they were first processed. The quality of the film is astounding and I have made enlargements up to 60", from hi res scans of the original 35mm transparencies with incredible results. From 1976-78 I worked as a professional Architectural Photographer in NYC. As such, I added a Sinar 4x5 and a bit later a Sinar 8x10 View Camera, with various Schneider, Nikkor,Fuji and Rodenstock Lenses. I continue to use these cameras today as they are the most versatile, truly incredible, tools one can use in a studio environment. From mid 2001 to the present I have been using a variety of Digital cameras along with the Nikon F film camera and the Sinar View Cameras. At the present time most work is shot with a 36mp Nikon D800E All photographs offered for sale on this site are original archival signed and numbered limited edition prints. Edition size is limited to 10, however some images have been sold out while others have limited very limited numbers available.
